He allegedly observed a patient ejaculate to produce a semen sample, grabbed a patient’s penis during a prostate exam, tugged and rubbed other patients’ genitals, conducted genital exams lasting about 10 minutes, used more than one finger during rectal and prostate exams, failed to warn patients before digital rectal insertion, and performed exams without gloves.
- In February 2026, a petition was filed against Dr. Guirguis alleging that he engaged in sexual abuse during genital exams at Norton King’s Daughters’ Health.
- In April 2025, the first formal complaint against Dr. Guirguis was filed.
