Ryan Phillips is an associate at Levy Konigsberg, LLP, where he represents survivors of sexual abuse in complex civil litigation.

Prior to joining Levy Konigsberg, Ryan was an associate at a prominent Philadelphia law firm, where he represented victims in catastrophic products liability and medical malpractice cases, and an assistant district attorney in the Civil Litigation Unit at the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office.

Ryan earned his J.D. from Villanova Law School, where he externed with the Villanova Law Institute to Address Commercial Sexual Exploitation and served as a certified legal intern, representing indigent clients, at the Villanova Law Interdisciplinary Mental and Physical Health Law Clinic. 

During his law school career, Ryan also completed several internships and externships, including serving as a judicial intern to the Honorable Jan R. Jurden, President Judge of the Delaware Superior Court, extern to the Honorable Michael J. Newman, Judge of the U.S. District Court of the Southern District of Ohio, and Sarita Wright Lucas law clerk at the Delaware Department of Justice.

Ryan lives in New York City and is a proud native of Lewes, Delaware.
