Haley Ferise is an associate attorney at Levy Konigsberg’s Philadelphia office, where she litigates cases of institutional child sex abuse on behalf of survivors throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Prior to joining Levy Konigsberg, Haley practiced labor and employment law at a private law firm. She litigated employment discrimination and wage and hour cases, assisted in traditional labor arbitrations and elections, and provided counseling for employers. Haley worked on significant litigation, including major class actions, in jurisdictions across the United States.

Haley is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, where she served as Articles Editor for the Journal of Law and Social Change and on the Moot Court Board. Haley earned her Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and Middle Eastern Studies at Indiana University, graduating summa cum laude.

Haley enjoys travelling with her wife, trips down the shore, and quality time with her two cats, Amira and Guenevere.
