David Rice is an associate attorney at Levy Konigsberg LLP, where he represents survivors of sexual abuse and institutional abuse in complex civil litigation. His work reflects a strong commitment to advocating for individuals harmed by powerful institutions and pursuing meaningful accountability through strategic, client-centered advocacy.
Prior to joining the firm, David served as a Court Attorney with the New York State Supreme Court, Appellate Division, Second Department. In that role, he conducted extensive legal research, wrote on a broad range of complex substantive and procedural matters, and analyzed the evidentiary record in civil and criminal matters.
Before law school, David served as a litigation paralegal at the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office, assisting Assistant District Attorneys in all phases of investigations and trials and advocating for crime victims.
David earned his Juris Doctor from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where he served as a member of the Moot Court Honor Society. During law school, he interned for the Honorable Arthur F. Engoron of the New York State Supreme Court, gaining direct insight into judicial decision-making and trial-level practice. He received his undergraduate degree from Emory University.
